  •  Brief biography

    • 1913: Kenzo was born in Osaka, Japan. After that, he and his family went to Hankou to live there because of his father’s working. A few years later, his family moved to Shanghai.

    • 1920: Kenzo and his family moved to Japan.

    • 1930: he skipped the grade and he started to go to high school.

    • 1933: he failed entering exam for university twice.

    • 1935: he finally got accepting to enter the university of architecture.

    • 1941: he entered a graduate school.

    • 1974: he retired the university and became an honorary professor in that university.
