Egg Container Assignment

 

 

Identify The Need

The National Association of Egg Shippers is inviting you design a Better Egg Shipping System (BESS). Your BESS should protect an egg that is dropped better than the traditional egg cartons seen your local grocery store.

 

Eggs have hard shells but these shells break easily if too big of a force acts on them. When an egg hits the floor, the impact force has to be less then the shell strength or the egg will break. In other words, the smaller the impact force the better the chance the egg will survive. 

 

Research and Develop Solutions

 

I will use parachute because I knew that parachute helps container to keep safe to fly.

REFLECTION

 

This is the first assignment in TDJ2O. I could learn what is design from this assignment. Before this assignment was started, I really did not know about designing at all. After I finish this assignment, I could be familiar with designing.While I work on this project, I faced the problem that I am not good at art. I could not draw a sketch for what I want to draw. To be better to design is my challenges I faced. I could use the knowledge from this assignment when I will move my home. When I do that, sometimes the plates are broken. After I finished this assignment, I could know how to protect itself.
